this project is an exploration of a new formal language inspired by nature. foglia (italian for ‘leaf’) is a towel rack for the bathroom that refers to the sharp contours of the leaf of a tropical plant by its shape and used materials. hence the idea of using this product both indoors and outdoors. the stainless steel version adorns many a luxurious pool, being a convenient tool on sultry summer evenings.
