this grill pan is made of stainless steel and has no less than 7 layers of different kinds of steel to induce the heat in a better way. it can be used on gas, electrical and induction hobs and is also suitable to be used in the oven. it is the basis of a series of grill products which i have designed for demeyere. one of the difficulties we faced was getting the multilayer sheet to take on the correct shape, without causing any deformations due to tensions in the material.
