the shopping centre ‘mongolfiera’ is situated in molfetta, italy, close to the port town of bari. the inspiration for the decoration and the made to measure lighting was found in antique maritime elements of the region. the commercial signage refers to the form style and material usage of old ship lights. for the atrium, the lampshades were printed with the maritime maps.
