mushrooms have long appealed to everyone’s imagination, from young to old. throughout history they appear in all kinds of stories, legends and fairytales. but they have also conquered their unmistakable place in the culinary world. so many different variants of one specie is something that fascinates me enormously as a designer. the shapes are so diverse and all have their specific function. in this project I want to bring that wonderful nature into the living room. with three unique models: twin, cup and clock. twin has a split hat that can serve as a print holder. cup has a hat in the shape of a bowl in which the precious ring cannot be found. clock is the tall, slender model that unites the three in a beautiful decorative set.
